If we determine that there is enough quality merchandise to justify a traditional estate sale, we can discuss that option with you separately. Our goal is to help determine the best solution for your situation—not automatically push you into one service. Traditional estate sales and downsizing assistance are separate services.

Most projects are customized based on the size of the home and the amount of assistance needed. We can provide an estimated number of labor hours after an initial consultation.
